Taroko National Park Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as Taroko N. P. HQ) has started to recruit volunteers! The registration period is from March 15, 2023 to March 30, 2023. Members of the general public who are over 18 years old and under 60 years old who love nature and are passionate about interpretation and environmental education are welcome to join the family of national park volunteers!

Taroko National Park is famous far and wide for its majestic gorge terrain. However, apart from the gorge, the vitality of all things hidden in it is always surprising and admirable. If you drive westward along the Central Cross-Island Highway, you can experience a changing scenery from the coast to the mountains. In a short 2-3 hour drive the climate also changes. Interpretation volunteers play an important role conveying such a beautiful message to the public.

Taroko N. P. HQ plans to recruit 30 commentary volunteers this year. After being recruited, they must participate in a 53-hour special training course and become official volunteers after passing the internship and examination. Taroko N. P. HQ stated that all elites and elites with expertise in environmental education, foreign language ability, oral expression, social media, audio-visual or fine arts are welcome to sign up! For detailed registration qualifications and the training process at each stage, please download the brochure from the latest news on the official website of Taroko N. P. HQ. Please indicate "Registration for Interpretation Volunteer" in the subject of the registration mail (tarokovols18@gmail.com). If you have any questions about registration, please feel free to contact Miss Guo of the Education and Interpretation Section (03)8621388 for inquiries.
