To improve Park safety, the Baiyang Trail has scheduled slope scrubbing (land/rockslide prevention) from December 1, 2023 –December 10, 2023.
The entire Baiyang Trail will be closed during construction.
Taroko National Park Headquarters maintains that the above slope scrubbing project is necessary to mitigate landslides and rockfalls, and will ultimately strengthen tourist safety.
