Taroko National Park Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the Taroko N. P. HQ) will carry out the renovation of the Mt. Nanhu Cirque Mountain Cabin, Yunleng Mountain Cabin and trails. Please do not cross the warning area to avoid danger.
1. Construction of Mt. Nanhu Cirque bio-restroom: The construction works will start from November 1, 2022 to November 20, 2022. During the construction period, the use of the public backpack storage area in the Mt. Nanhu Cirque Mountain Cabin will be suspended.
2. Internal renovation work of Yunleng Mountain Cabin: The construction site includes 10 beds in the right accommodation area, kitchen and main entrance. The application for 10 beds in the right accommodation area of Yunleng Mountain Cabin will be suspended after December 1, 2022 until the completion of the project. (Scheduled at the end of March 2023).
Taroko N. P. HQ stated that mountain climbers should cooperate with the relevant control measures. In the case of inclement weather, the above construction periods may be altered or postponed; if so, the Park Headquarters will announce any changes on this website. Please abide by the relevant epidemic prevention policies.
