Taroko Tunnel of Nine Turns (Jiuqudong) Trail closed from January 11th, 2021 – January 15th, 2021
To improve the safety of the Tunnel of Nine Turns (Jiuqudong) trail, Taroko National Park Headquarters has scheduled the Sewage Treatment Equipment Repair Project. The installation of sewage treatment tanks is scheduled from January 11th, 2021 – January 15th, 2021. The Tunnel of Nine Turns (Jiuqudong) Trail will be closed during this period for tourists' safety and the needs of construction workers. Please take note and abide by these control measures.
Inclement weather conditions may result in the construction period being moved or extended. The goal of this construction project is to improve recreational safety and quality. If the period of construction alters, an announcement will be issued via the official website.
