Opening hours will be adjusted at Buluowan Suspension Bridge from December 15, 2022, and will remain open at noon.

Starting December 15, 2022, opening time for Buluowan Suspension Bridge will be adjusted in order to increase the number of tourists and allow for a more flexible itinerary. The bridge will now be open for visitors at noon.

Since opening on August 12, 2020, the Buluowan Suspension Bridge has become a popular attraction in Taroko National Park. Many tourists visited in the early stage of opening. To ensure the quality of visits and reduce crowds, reservations were limited and each session filled up, making it difficult to book. On September 1, 2022, the reservation system was annulled and on-site queuing became permitted in order for tourists visiting Taroko National Park to arrange their itineraries more flexibly and to visit the Buluowan Suspension Bridge more conveniently. Opening hours will be adjusted on December 15, 2022 The daily opening hours will be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (the last admission time is 4 pm). Tourists to Buluowan can visit the Boluowan Suspension Bridge more flexibly and conveniently.

 

The Buluowan Suspension Bridge is located at the exit of the narrowest canyon in Swallow Grotto (Yanzikou), which is prone to strong gusts of wind. Taroko Natioanl Park Headquarters urges tourists to follow the guidance and instructions of the on-site staff when visiting the suspension bridge, and pay attention to their belongings at all times. Please do not hold an umbrella on the bridge. Taroko National Park wishes that all visitors will have a pleasant and enriching journey.
