To improve Park safety and meet the recreational needs during the summer vacation, Taroko National Park Headquarters has scheduled slope scrubbing (land/rockslide prevention) and bridges foundation reinforcement from June 13, 2022 to July 3, 2022. Therefore, during this period the Baiyang trail will be closed. Please take note and abide by these control measures.

Taroko National Park Headquarters maintains that the above maintenance works are necessary to mitigate landslides and rockfalls, and will ultimately strengthen tourist safety. In the case of inclement weather, the above construction periods may be altered or postponed; if so, the Park Headquarters will announce any changes on this website.
