Due to the ice on the road, Provincial Highway 14A(14Jia) is required tire chains to pass through from 6:30am on December 5, 2017, from Wuling(31K) to Hehuanshan Visitor Center(33K) section. The road users are needed tire chains to pass through this section of road. Be very careful for the snowy weather conditions. Do NOT force your way to pass on this icy road.
